After my standard stylist could no longer see me for my appointment because of a schedule conflict, I blindly chose Courtney from the list of stylists available—and wow, I am happy I did! This haircut took place the day before my wedding, and Courtney knocked it out of the park. She greeted me at the front desk, checked me in, and took me back to her station right on time. I did not wait at all. After talking about my hair, habits, desired cut, etc., Courtney let me know what exactly to expect from the appointment and what she would recommend we do to match my vision. I needed to have several inches of hair cut off, so she did that when my hair was dry. Then, someone else shampooed my hair with the specific shampoo and conditioner that Courtney identified as helpful given that I was having my hair professionally styled the next day. While Courtney cut my hair, we engaged in great and easy conversation. It’s no wonder that she is such a high-level stylist and manager at the salon. Everyone was so impressed with my haircut and blowout, and the choices Courtney made ensured that my wedding hairstyle could be executed flawlessly the next day. 10/10! Highly recommend. Will return.
